Can I change my order details after it's placed?

To make any changes to your order after it's placed, we will cancel the current order and create a new one with the requested changes, within no more than 4 days from the order date.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, simply contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, through:

  • Or by sending an email to info@ammardesigns.com

If the order was prepaid, your deposit will be refunded via the original payment method.

If the order is canceled after 48 hours, the prepaid deposit may be deducted to cover the loss resulting from the product manufacturing already having started.

For some products, the type and shape of the attached accessory may differ from the image on the website depending on availability in the Egyptian market — this does not affect the product's quality or its being free of defects that would prevent its intended use.

The product is inspected by the customer before the delivery representative leaves; accepting the product is considered an implicit acknowledgment of approval and that it is free of technical defects that would prevent its intended use.

Will I be charged a fee for a return, or will I get a full refund?

We do our best to deliver the best possible quality to your home, which is why our manufacturers make your product to order. The product you receive is custom-made to fit your needs and can only be returned if it is damaged or does not match the requested specifications.

If you request a return due to damage or a mismatch with your order, you will receive a full refund for your order.

If a product is returned with no manufacturing defects, the customer bears 30% of the product price in addition to the actual shipping cost of the product.

Return conditions:

  • We encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to accept it if there is any damage or mismatch with your order,
  • You can return your product if it turns out to be defective within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original received condition and has not been used
  • In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us through the official contact channels mentioned above within 24 hours of delivery to report it. Please take at least 3 photos of the damage and send them along with the return request.
  • If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of the delivery date only if the product accessories are complete, in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition. (This does not apply to furniture and decor products manufactured to order.)
  • You can report missing parts / defective products you received within 48 hours of the delivery date, describing the nature of the damage / malfunction / shortage
  • Products can only be returned if installed by our technician (self-installation products are excluded — for example: shelves, bathroom storage units, etc.)
  • Failure to comply with any of the above points will be considered acceptance of the product(s), and your return request may be rejected.

Return steps:

  • If you believe that at the time of delivery the product did not match what was stated in the contract, and it has total defects preventing its use, you must contact us immediately through our contact channels or live chat directly via the feature on our website, providing details of the product and the damage it sustained.
  • If there are minor defects that do not prevent the product from being used for its intended purpose, we bear the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged part within a reasonable period.
  • You must return the product or hand it over to the shipping company that delivers to your home.
  • We will carefully inspect the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable period, which may take up to seven business days from the date of the product's return, whether the product can be exchanged or whether you are entitled to a refund (as applicable). Payment or exchange of the item will be processed as quickly as possible (which may take 7–10 business days) after the date we send the email confirming that the refund or exchange process is proceeding.
  • If a defect or damage preventing the product from being used for its intended purpose is confirmed in the returned products, we will provide you with a full refund, including the fees you paid for delivery and return. The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the
  • purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If a prepaid product paid for via Visa is returned (with no defect in the product) or the order is canceled, the customer bears 3% of the value as administrative fees.
  • If a product paid for via valU is returned (with no defect in the product) or the order is canceled, the customer bears 5% of the value as administrative fees.
